Shipping

Please allow 2 - 4 days for orders to be Processed & Shipped

Here are our estimated shipping delivery times:

USA: 5-8 business days 

Canada: 6-9 business days 

World: 10-20 business days

International shipping:

International shipments may or / may not incur customs fees. The customs policy is different in each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Returns / Refund Policy:

We only accept return/exchange on orders that came defective, products must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with all tags & in the same condition that you received it, within 14 days of delivery date. Photos of damage items will be required. Contact: myreggaestores@gmail.com

Shipping costs are non-refundable, if there should be a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Customers are responsible to provide the correct Shipping / Delivery / Email address.

The manufacture address is listed on the Package.

It is your responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. In such case we will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product.
